[moneydance] Moneydance 2008 (606) and Compiz problem

I'm running Moneydance 2008 (build 606) on Ubuntu Linux 8 (Hardy) beta,
using Sun Java 6 for 64-bit AMD CPUs. None of that is the problem. The
problem is it's "weird" under Compiz. Everything seems to work, but the
mouse is "off". It looks like the mouse position is recognized as if
the windows had no borders. If I want to click on a button, I have to
click above it by about the height of the titlebar. Very weird. I can
work around it by turning off Compiz while I use Moneydance. I might be
tempted to think it's a Compiz/Hardy problem, but Moneydance is the only
app which has the problem -- even other java apps work fine.

Should I file a bug report?
