[moneydance] Maerican Express/new build still showing previously downloaded transactions

As I wrote earlier, I switched to the preview build 607 to solve the American 
Express problem, but then faced the new problem (or feature) documented below. 
I was pleased to see that the latest build advertises the following:

> 608: Changed transaction download to use old behavior in which previously matched 
> transactions are removed from the list of downloaded transactions

But it's not so.  It still shows the old behavior (at least the OS X version does).
