[moneydance] iCal/Google Calendar Integration

This has been brought up before so it has value.  I was actually working on
an extension to output iCal.  Was fairly far along but haven't had time to
finish it.  It may be time to dust off the code and finish it up.

I am a happy MoneyDance user but the one thing I would like to see is  
some sort of communication between it and "outside" calendars.  For  
example, I run Mac OS/iPhone and use iCal quite a bit and it would be  
very handy if my MoneyDance reminders synced over to my calendars.   
That way I don't have to bring up MD all the time to see if I'm going  
to be late on a payment.  :)

Another possible solution is to add some sort of pop-up reminder  
functionality to MD.  That would be difficult without having to have  
MD running all the time, which I don't want to do.  Is this completely  
out of the question?  Does anyone else see any value in this at all?
