[moneydance] how to diagnose OFX problems?

I'm still using the old version of Moneydance, so this may not apply,
but under Preferences, on the Network tab, there is an option in my
version called "OFX Application ID", which I have set to "QWIN", and
"OFX App Version", which I have set to "1100".

Have these settings been removed from later versions of Moneydance?
