[moneydance] Error 2003?

This should go to support at moneydance.com, but I haven't been able to  
get a response from there for 6 months now. Perhaps somebody on the  
list can help?

Since January, when attempting to connect with Wells Fargo to download  
transactions (or any other online banking), I get:

There was an error communcating with your financial institution. The  
details of this error are below.

The error code reported by the server was: 2003

Any clues? Anybody?
