[moneydance] Printing has stopped after update

Hello:

I am a Linux user:  PCLinuxOS 2007.

I have been using MD 2008 606 successfully in every respect, but suddenly it 
has stopped printing.

I generate a report, hit the print button, and then nothing happens.

I have tested the printer. It is working fine from other programs.
I have toggled MD between Java 1.1 and 2.0 printing options.
I have reinstalled MD with Java.

Nada.

Friday, I updated PCLinuxOS 2007.  Below is a list of the updates I installed. 
Java, CUPS, Gutenprint are among them.  I have copied the entire list 
although I'm sure not all are relevant to the question.  (I'm not so good 
with this I can eliminate any possiblities on my own. Please note that I do 
not use compiz.)

I'm pretty sure that the printing stopped after these updates were installed.

I've read the thread opened by J. Barrish on Sun Mar 30 11:49:50 EST 2008. Two 
comments:  As I mentioned above, I've re-installed MD with Java, but that did 
not correct the printing problem.  Blackdown is not available in the 
PCLinuxOS repositories.
