[moneydance] Printing in MD with Linux

Robby thank you very much.  Printing is now working thanks to you.

I simply changed the moneydance/jre subdirectory to moneydance/jre.old,
made the file executable and copied it to moneydance/,
ran the executable and changed the name back to jre.

Printing worked right off the bat!

For others, the file is located at:
http://slackware.osuosl.org/slackware-current/source/l/jre/
and is named jre-6u10-beta-linux-i586.bin

The version installed was:
Java Version: 1.6.0_10-beta
Java Vendor: Sun Microsystems Inc.
