[moneydance] Using hundredths in Turkish Lira account

This is interesting: there's no way to tell how many decimals a
currency has been set up with. I would suggest creating a new
currency, with two decimals, and try to enter a transaction with two
decimals. If it works, change all your Lira transactions to the new
currency, delete the Lira, and rename your new currency to Lira. If it
doesn't work, I'm out of ideas.
