Note that, if you do this, all of your previously entered amounts will
change magnitude.  For instance, if you change DECPLACES from 0 to 2,
and you had previously entered an amount of a transaction as 5 TRL, it
will suddenly change and become 0.05 TRL.

But it sounds like not many transactions have been entered yet due to
the precision problems.
