I never did find a way to reach support at moneydance.com. In spite of my
abiding hatred for Intuit and MS, my desperation was such that I
actually considered going back to one of them (*shudder*).

Anyway, the problem was that Wells Fargo changed their routing number
sometime in January, 2008 (for the 2nd time in 5 years, IIRC). This
time, they didn't tell me, that I can find. My checks still have the
old routing number, too.

Remarkably, when I finally got my nerve up and called WF, all ready to
lie about how I was running Money/Quicken, they were actually very
helpful (I'm resisting the comparison to support at moneydance.com...).

So, I got 3 months of transactions downloaded.
