[moneydance] Update Issues

I definitely recommend the full install if you are upgrading from a  
version prior to 603.  Some of the secondary files have changed and  
since the updater extension only updates the moneydance.jar you need  
to install the full update.  Without the full update the graphs and  
reports will not work.

I apologize for the original error in which the preview URL opens in  
Moneydance's internal web browser.  The internal browser can only  
render the simplest of pages and makes http://moneydance.com/preview/  
look like a mess.
