I don't know about mortgages. But I do have accounts in two different  
currencies. Each transaction in the "other" currency (that is Pesos  
for me) has a rate that you can set, so that it knows how to convert  
to your base currency. I don't specifically have loans in other  
currencies but I expect it to work just fine.
