[moneydance] online banking

If I uncheck "observe online date restrictions," will that provide me with
the earliest payment date that my bank offers? For example, I just used the
online payment feature of Moneydance to pay my utility bill. The default
date that came up was 11/11. However, had I made the transaction online
using the bank's website, I could have paid it tomorrow. I'd like to know
when I use Moneydance's online payment feature what the earliest available
payment date is. It defeats the purpose of me using Moneydance's online
payment feature if I still have to go in and change the date at my banks
website.

Also, is there any setting that allows the transaction's confirmation number
to show up in Moneydance? I like to enter that in my memo.
