Hi folks,
  I have several old accounts that I want to upgrade to online download of
information. I tried to edit account but that would not allow me to put in
connection information, so I tried New Account and that accepted online
information. Only Bank of America (my primary) showed up on the pull down
menu but it had a manual entry of OFX id and OFX route. Today I can’t even
get the manual entry screen to show up. I also can’t get MD help index to
work so I am getting frustrated. Any ideas on how to get the online setup to
work?
