[moneydance] customer ID or PIN is not valid

My online download from the bank has been destroyed. Something unknown
happened when I tried to download my Bank of America account resulting in
the error message:
“the given customer ID or PIN is not valid, contact your financial
institution.
An incorrect username/password has been entered”

What used to happen was a small window would pop up asking for the BoA
password so somewhere in MD is stored our login name, where I don’t know. It
does not show under edit/account. It has not changed so it should be valid.
BoA will not accept whatever is stored there now. BoA has locked me out
three times today and the person on the phone does not support MoneyDance. I
have no idea how to go about correcting this problem. Any ideas?
