I've found that option, and you are right, it does organize things nicely.
Maybe the developers of the program can provide the hide option in the
future...

Don't know about hiding, but you can *sort* by reconciled status,
which effectively groups all non-reconciled transactions together and
makes it easier to ignore the others.
