Personally, I can't imagine completing a transaction using the mouse. 
That's such a waste of time that I consider having a place to click to 
complete the transaction to be a waste of space in a UI that has to fit a 
lot into a small space. When there was such a spot, it obscured other 
information. The Enter key is very widely used for "complete" (and even in 
web browsers, for "send form"), so it's a logical method.

MD could certainly use more training materials and better documentation, 
but I consider this change to be a significant improvement.
