[moneydance] Cross platform, sharing data files, license, family plan?

Regarding file corruption: I have frequently corrupted files for some 
unknown reason.  Since my preferences are set to keep one backup per 
day, I just create an extra backup when I make major data entries by 
using the save as command.  Then I close MD and click on the regular 
file Icon that I have on my (Windoze) desktop.  This procedure should 
also work with networked files.
