[moneydance] OFX data loss

Hi Dave,
I think this issue was caused by the difference in bank connection
directory when in debug mode (ie when the debugging tool was running)
and the normal bank connection directory. The debugging directory
included RBC Dain but the normal directory didn't due to some
connection errors long ago. I've just gotten the two directories back
in sync and re-added RBC Dain back into the directory as the
connection issues seem to be resolved.
Can you give it a shot again?
