That is just public information (albeit hard to find):
OFX Institution Org.
OFX Institution ID
and
OFX Connection URL

Why? So they can add such Institutions to their list of easy to  
implement online banks, helping their users, and doing no harm to  
anyone.

They don't even need to know where it came from.
