[moneydance] OFX Manual data

In that blog they claim they've got the OFX info for 4000 institutions.. I
tried one of mine and it came up and showed all connection info, etc.
They've also got the offending AppIDs for MSMoney & Quicken.. Anyway, I've
been having problems with not being able to connect to Kinecta FCU but
when I used the info from the site above and used the manual method, I was
able to connect to Kinecta FCU w/o problems.. Anyway, perhaps some of that
can help someone else..
