[moneydance] Capital Gains Report Flaw?

Hello,

I have recently sold a stock short and then bought the cover a few days
later.  I then ran the capital gains report and the report does not portray
my profits accurately.

Here is the output from the Cap. Gains report:

SECURITY     ACTION     DATE     COST BASIS     SALE/CURRENT VALUE    GAINS
SID               short          09/03/2008   0.00             $1,746.28
                      $1,746.28

As you can see the report does not report the profit that was made when I
covered the position.  It just reports the short.  Is there anything I can
do to get an accurate capital gains report?  Am I doing something wrong?  I
enter the position with trade type "short" and when I close the position I
enter the trade type "cover".
