[moneydance] Lost Cancel/Record buttons on new and edit transaction

[Katahdin]

I think that has been gone for quite a while, think it was discussed in this
forum : http://moneydance.com/forum/YaBB.pl  - my quick search didnt find
the discussions.
In windoze - think its replaced by right click - mac cmd/clcik
