[moneydance] List protocol - top post, bottom post or don't care

Sometimes it's just determined by expediency. In my case, when I reply to a
post in Gmail, the insertion point defaults to the first line, above the
quoted message I'm replying to, so that's where I usually place my response.
There are reasonable arguments in favor of either top or bottom posting. I
generally prefer reading top-posted messages, because I've already read the
preceding messages before I get to the new one, and would rather not have to
scroll down through the old messages to get to the good stuff.
