[moneydance] List protocol - top post, bottom post or don't

I prefer to top post, but don't really care much where others do it, just as long as they remember to delete anything not relevant to the post they're replying to. I cringe when I see a post saying (for example) "I agree", followed by (or following) the entire moneydance group email, including all topics. Yikes!
