[moneydance] list protocol

As a reforming former technophobe, and a completely unqualified  
lurker, just trying to get a clue how to set up MOneydance, my first  
pers. fin. software ever, I have to say I was really amused by this  
whole string.
Not only was it finally something i could comprehend, and highly  
entertaining, but i also learned really useful stuff about how to  
post, and why.
So your hands-off approach worked for me.
