[moneydance] how to diagnose OFX problems?

Get Satisfaction is in addition to this mailing list, and replaces the  
web-based forum and bug tracker.  The recommendation to check there  
was probably because Get Satisfaction has gotten a lot of attention  
from the Moneydance staff recently.
