Question 1: How do you setup a pre-existing investment account that includes
stock as well as cash value?

I could figure out how to add the security but I couldn't figure out how to
make the initial stock appear in the account.

I ended up sort of dummying a transaction. I added sufficient cash value to
the initial value for the investment account and then bought the shares? But
there has to be a better way.

Question 2: I'm completely lost setting up an investment account which has
stock options in it. I figured out that they are "call" options. However, I
don't see how to set things up so that I can see how many shares I have
exercisable at what price.

Question 3: In a bit I'll be given some restricted stocks from my company.
Evidently with sar-banes oxley that they are doing it differently now and
aren't giving stock options, they are giving actual shares of the company.
With double entry how to I make the stocks appear. They just come to me and
appear in my investment account. How do I make them appear?
