[moneydance] help with setup

Martha,

When I started with Moneydance I didn't bother to import any data. I  
just manually moved the balances from the accounts and started fresh.  
Any old data I looked up in the old program.

I found this to be a good way to make a clean break. There is no need  
to worry about bringing any mistakes from the old system and it is  
quick and easy to do, like a big archive.
