[moneydance] Moneydance Account Issue

I have about two year's of data in moneydance and up until now have had
no significant issue.  However, when trying to reconcile my month-end
statements have encountered a new problem.  I went to update an
investment account that I don't touch very often and it does not respond
as expected.  When I open the account I get "portfolio view" as expected
but when I click on the "register" button nothing happens.  Through
trial and error I found that if I then hit "escape" I do get the
register view but there are no column labels, everything is generally
unresponsive to point and click and the new transaction portlet is also
without labels.  All other existing accounts work as expected.

Since the account in question does not have a lot of information I tried
deleting the account and creating it anew but I encounter the same
problem.  In fact I encounter this problem for any new account.  I went
back and checked my archive data files and experience the same problem
for as far back as I can go.

I am currently using the linux version of MD - 2008r3 (631). My data
file is approximately 1MB so not very large.  I currently track 18
accounts within one MD file.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem?  Do I have a corrupt data file?
