[moneydance] Major data error after archiving transactions

Hi Steve,

The archived file should contain all of the transactions, even
investment-related transactions. If you selected the "delete archived
transactions" checkbox then all transactions before the specified date
(except the ones that were touching investment accounts) should have
been removed from the "current" data file. For any transactions that
were removed, the starting balance for the accounts that they touch
are adjusted by the amount of that transaction.

So, basically transactions that touch investment accounts will be left
in both the archived file as well as the current file.

In addition to that? I would absolutely make any copies of backup
files that you have laying around. By default Moneydance keeps a
backup file for each of the last 5 days that your data was saved.

Thanks,
Sean
