[moneydance] What do you keep? (was: Possible feature request)

All your receipts? Really? Every credit/debit card charge?

How long does this take you? What scanner do you use?

My procedure is basically:

- Enter everything in Moneydance
- Keep every credit card slip until entered in Moneydance and I wont  
need for return purposes in the future. Then shred.
- I let my bank keep the records for electronic bills received through  
them.
- I scan all paper bills (very few a month) and keep them organized as  
pdf's in the file system.
- I keep pdfs of all account statements.

What does everyone else do?
