[moneydance] Data importing: PayCycle.com + in general

Greetings,
I made the switch to MoneyDance 2008 last week from MS Money 2002. I wouldn't be suprised if I set a record for the amount of data imported. ;^) Data back to 1995, lots of accounts, etc. Overall, I was impressed by how well the import went. I discovered one bug (where do I report?) and a few oddities with my investment accounts (I'm not sure I ever set them up right in MS Money), but with some time I got it all cleaned up...batch updates is a nice feature. I was a little disappointed to see I needed to alter an xml file to adjust the types of the imported accounts...this wasn't a problem for me, but could be a hurdle for non-programmers. On the flip side, I was glad to see I could access all data in xml if I wanted. Wouldn't it be relatively simple to throw up a dialog during the import when a new account is discovered and query the user what type of account it is?
My main question to get up and running is... Most institutions that allow transaction downloads (e.g. banks) support either MS Money (ofx) or Quicken (qfx). Is either one of these preferred?
In particular, I had some trouble with downloads from PayCycle.com (payroll service for my business). I had/have PayCycle setup for MS Money 2002. During a web search, I noticed there are people talking about using MoneyDance and PayCycle.com together. How about anyone on this list? Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Dave
