[moneydance] MD freezes then unfreezes

Maybe MD is reading the file, and the server stops responding for a bit.
Try the experiment I suggested, and run MD from a local copy of the file. It
the problem disappears, and reappears when you go back to using the file on
.Mac, then that's a pretty good indication that the problem is related to
the fact that the file is "in the cloud".
