[moneydance] How to run an account in a separate file?

My moneydance has several accounts, all in one file in my home directory.

I'd like to add a new account which would be shared by me and my 
business partner but do wish to have my partner to be able to see my 
personal Moneydance file.

Is is possible to have two Moneydance icons each pointing to separate 
data files?
