[moneydance] How to run an account in a separate file?

Specifically, open Moneydance, click on File --> New. In the pop-up that
appears, select your chosen currency and account set. Then go to File -->
Save and choose where to save it. Hey presto, new file.
Now if you just launch the Moneydance program directly (Moneydance.exe on my
Windows machine), it will open the last file you've used. You'll need to get
into the habit of opening the relevant file itself instead (myfile.md or
myotherfile.md).
