[moneydance] Adjust Date Range for Budget Bar

Is it possible to more finely tune the date range on the budget bar?
For example, a number of bills that are counted from "this month's"
budget are paid on the last day of the prior month and the money I
spend towards the beginning of the month comes from a paycheck that is
paid on the last day of the prior month.

At the end of the month it all comes out alright, but it would be nice
to tweak the date range just a touch.
