[moneydance] Can't install on MoneyDance on Ubuntu

I am using Ubuntu 9.04 on a 64 bit computer. I downloaded all three 
MoneyDance Linux installations but none worked for me. I have always 
used Windows and MS Money, but I am ready to switch to Linux if I can 
get MoneyDance to function. From what I see on the internet, a boatload 
of people would buy Money Dance if they could get it to work for them.
