[moneydance] Mis-directed transactions during downloading

Hi all.

I am running Moneydance 2008 on a Macbook with OS X.  I installed  
Moneydance last November and up until very recently was doing pretty  
good.  I was downloading transactions from my bank where I have 2  
accounts, a money market account and a primary checking account.  I  
noticed that the checking transactions were showing up in the money  
market account and vice versa when I downloaded transactions in  
Moneydance.  I have spent a considerable amount of time on this and  
cannot figure out why this is happening, nor can I figure out how to  
put the transactions into the right account.  Any help would be  
appreciated.

On a second issue, whenever I tried to email this issue through the  
support page, I get a message that the change I requested cannot be  
made and no other instructions.  The same message appears when I try  
to create an account on the support page.  This makes it impossible to  
ask for help on the forum.  Can you shed some light on what is going  
on?
