[moneydance] Download credit card transactions

This is likely related to some banks updating their SSL Certificate to  
be signed by a more recent OFX CA certificate.  The preview version of  
Moneydance includes this new certificate and can be downloaded from  
here:
   http://moneydance.com/preview

or you can install the Updater extension and select it from the  
Extensions menu to tell it to upgrade to new 'preview releases'.
