[moneydance] Microsoft Money discontinued

Welcome to vendor lock-in/DRM and its glaring problems to those who look at the issue.
Not only is it a legal issue its a technical one. The average Money user will not even look for a way around it and may not be technical enough to implement a hacked solution should they find one.
While I would prefer that the MD code were open source, I'm using it because its data file is open and I can move should I wish. I don't have to worry if Sean discontinues MD as I can still retrieve my data.
