[moneydance] Transferring data from Quicken

I have been trying unsuccesfully to try to export my 
Quicken data into my trial version of Moneydance. I am using Windows Vista and Quicken XG4. When I try to make a QIF export file I am unable to find it in Vista and so I cannot import it into Moneydance. Can anyone give me a step by step list of how to do this? Obviously there is not much point in getting Moneydance on a permanent basis if I cannot achieve this.
