I suggest trying to search the entire computer for *.qif - the * means any
name and the .qif means the file must end with the QIF extension.
If that doesn't work, then maybe some screenshots of the Export window in
Quicken can help. At some point Quicken will ask you for a file name. In
that window, there is often a path listed at the top of the window, or at
least a pull down control that will show the path if you click on it. That
will tell you exactly where the file is saved.
To take a screenshot, hold down the Alt key and press PrtScn. Then open
Microsoft Paint and either select Edit -> Paste or press Ctrl+V, both of
which should paste a picture of the window into Paint. Save that file as a
JPEG or PNG and send it to the list (if you are still having problems).
