[moneydance] Apple Mac Java Update 4 and Find and Replace Plugin

This doesn't work for me.  After the fix, MD won't open--it bounces  
once and then just sits there.  As noted in an earlier post, loading  
from moneydance.jar will open and find and replace works as well.   
This clue should allow one of the smart people on this link to figure  
out the problem.

That's great, thanks Steve! Would another Mac user please confirm that  
this
fix works as expected? Then I'll update the installation instructions  
again.

Sean appears to be preparing another update release of MD 2008, so  
hopefully
the updated JavaApplicationStub will be released with it.
