[moneydance] Reconciliation & older "unmarked" entries

The MD 'reconciled' balance is a balance of all the debits and credits that
have been marked cleared.
ie - difference between total of all cleared deposits and total of all
cleared payments.
or ie - if a transaction has NOT been marked as cleared then the bank
doesn't know anything about it.

Hope this helps and makes sense. I believe all reconciliations work this
way.
