[moneydance] I've had it with Quicken for Windows! Any suggestions from Quicken converts?

I moved from Quicken to Moneydance a few months ago. My reasons were a
bit different - I was moving from a Windows environment to Linux.  I had
searched for some time for a suitable replacement for Quicken in
Linux(and one that would print checks), and not found one.  Finally
heard about Moneydance, and tried it out.

I have very simple requirements - all I am doing is running my checking
account out of Moneydance.  I print my checks, so I cannot comment on
how well it does electronic banking.

There are some differences - Moneydance does not have as much eye candy,
but I don't miss that at all.  It took a little while to get used to the
way I charge out credit card charges to different budget categories, but
that works fine once you get used to it. I have been able to search by
budget categories as easily as in Quicken. Setting up to print out
checks is different, but actually more flexible - once you figure it
out, it looks like you can format for any conceivable check formats. It
is very reliable.

If you need help, I have never found any better support anywhere than
you get in Moneydance.  Seem to be a number of knowledgeable and helpful
folks that are quick to respond.

Every application has a different look/feel, but I like Moneydance, and
will not be going back to Quicken.  I never had any problem with Quicken
crashing, but I prefer operating in the Linux environment.
