There is only one thing different about the 'demo' version of
Moneydance: It will stop you from entering more than 100 transactions.
All other features are open and available.
My understanding of the auto-check-numbering feature is that Moneydance
will search backwards in the register for the last transation that had a
check number, and add one to it.
So if you add a transaction for check #9500 and then you delete it,
Moneydance won't know that it should start with 9501. It will find no
entries, and so it will start again at check #1.
