[moneydance] Check numbers

OK, The particular data file seems to have a problem. Now I've been trying
to export that data file so I can start a new account and import the file in
better condition (maybe).
My exporting only creates a "Plain text" file with a generic blank page
icon that is grayed out when I look to import it.
I've tried to export in QIF and Moneydance XML, but still only find a Plain
text document.
What am I doing wrong here? I've entered quite a bit of data I do not really
wish to loose.
Thanks,
Rick
