[moneydance] findandreplace.mxt installation (was: Differences Between Quicken and Monedance)

Just wanted to let everyone know that thanks to Kevin, the problem is solved
and it was my mistake. When I unzipped findandreplace.mxt, I placed it in
the moneydance/fmodules folder instead of somewhere else. By extracting to a
different location and then doing the install, everything worked fine.
Thanks again, Kevin!

Probably, but I'm not sure what. Others have successfully installed it
recently. Would you please send further information to info at mennesoft.com?
Please let me know your operating system, the version of Java in use by
Moneydance (look in Help | About...), the size of the .zip you downloaded
and any other information you might be able to provide.
Thanks,

Thanks, Kevin! Tried to install in Moneydance but got this error: "Error:
java.util.zip.ZipException: error in opening zip file" which is weird
because I did unzip it to the same folder that contains the other Moneydance
extensions. Did I do something wrong?

Yes, this is one of the primary reasons I wrote the Find and Replace plugin:
http://www.mennesoft.com/moneydance/index.html
Select only the account you wish to search, and the category, and then just
replace the category with the new one.
This is a 'shiny new' plugin so if you have troubles with it, please send
e-mail to info at mennesoft.com or bugs at mennesoft.com
Hope this helps,
--Kevin
