[moneydance] Checks won't match bank download

I think this one is solved by the "only match for ... days apart"  
setting in the Network section of the Preferences window.

For some reason, the matching algorithm must think that payee is the  
"best match" for the unrecognized downloaded transaction.  I'm still  
working on how to improve this in MD2009.  I definitely understand how  
the current matching can be a real problem, so I'm working on ways to  
do intelligent matching without requiring everyone to jump through a  
bunch of hoops.
